JawMatrix accepts most traditional insurance plans. As a courtesy, we are happy to assist you in fully maximizing the use of your insurance benefits. Payment is due at the time of services rendered. We accept cash and most major credit cards. To learn about the different financing options available, please call our office to speak to a member of our front desk.

chiropractic patients

Please remember to bring an ID along with your insurance card to your visit. If you are unsure if you have chiropractic coverage, please include a copy of your card with your new patient intake form and we will verify coverage prior to your visit.
